- 400 g of lamb fillet

- 4 sprigs of coriander
- 2 sesame baguettes

For the marinade:
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 lime
- 30 cl olive oil
Preparation
